Data management obligations

• All relevant customer data is stored and maintained in a secure and encrypted environment. As a client of CPIE Services, some personal data will need to be regularly updated and forms an important part of our business relationship with our clients.
• At the end of any client relationship, all relevant data relating to all persons involved, will be fully erased after a set period as dictated by EU General Data Protection Regulations.
• During client on-boarding discussions, CPIE Service will require some personal data but, in the event that no client agreement is made, all data will be deleted immediately.
